Raju is the Founder and CEO of Sierra Atlantic, a company that grew to be a best-in-class global services company over a period of 17 years. Under his leadership, Sierra Atlantic grew from a startup to over 2400 employees with operations in several countries and was consistently ranked amongst the best managed companies including the top 75 most admired companies in Silicon Valley, Top 25 great places to work in India and Top 10 best employers in South China.

Sierra Atlantic was acquired by Hitachi Consulting in December 2010 and it is the largest ever acquisition by Hitachi Consulting to date. Prior to founding Sierra Atlantic in 1993, Raju spent 10 years at Intel in software development, marketing, and general management. Raju currently serves on the board of Hitachi Consulting and GharPay, a fast growing consumer internet company based in India.

Raju is active in not-for-profit initiatives and is currently Chairman of BITSAA Intl, the alumni body of BITS Pilani, India’s #1 private university. He enjoys working with young entrepreneurs in a mentorship role and was instrumental in starting the TiE Chapter in Hyderabad. Raju also serves on the Board of India community center in Milpitas, CA. He previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Puente, a Wharton School non-profit program which helped under privileged communities worldwide gain access to technology. In November 2011, Raju was awarded the Pratham USA ‘Glory of India’ award for entrepreneurship and philanthropy. He also co-founded SIPA (Silicon Valley Indian Professional Association) in 1987.

Raju holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and electronics engineering from BITS Pilani and a Master of Science degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.

Jnan Dash is a technology visionary and executive consultant in Silicon Valley. He focuses on enterprise solutions such as cloud infrastructure, big data and analytics, virtualization, real-time events, real-time Business Intelligence, Service Oriented Architecture, and application of Web 2.0 technologies for the enterprise.

He spent 10 years at Oracle Corporation and was the Group Vice President, Systems Architecture and Technology. He was responsible for setting Oracle’s core database and application server product directions and interacted with customers worldwide in translating future needs to product plans. Prior to joining Oracle in 1992, he spent 16 years at IBM in various positions including development of the DB2 family of products and in charge of IBM's database architecture and technology.

Mr. Dash is a frequent speaker at industry forums around the world on the future of software technology. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Master's degree in Systems Design from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He sits on several boards and advisory boards of companies.

Anand Chandrasekaran is a Senior Director of Product Management, focused on mobile search & commerce at Yahoo! Prior to Yahoo!, Anand was Director of Product at Openwave driving new product incubation, ecosystem development & product management of the mobile mediation product line which touched over 200M subscribers through 70+ mobile operators. Before Openwave, he was with MyToday SMS, an India-based mobile content publisher with over 17M monthly mobile users and 12 billion+ SMS messages sent annually.

Previously, Anand co-founded and helped build Aeroprise. Under his leadership, Aeroprise’s mobile personalization solutions became the most-deployed mobility tool worldwide for service management and was acquired by BMC.

He holds a M.S. in Electrical Engg. from Stanford University, a Bachelors in Engg. from PSG College of Technology (India) and has completed the Global Leadership Program at Harvard University. In 2010, Anand was selected by World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader. Anand is a Venture Advisor at Storm Ventures, a $500M VC firm and has been an advisor/board member to several private companies.
